RETURN POLICY

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

At Royal Beddings, we give our best to ensure maximum satisfaction for our customers. After your desired product has arrived at your home address, please make sure to inspect your product(s) and inform us within 3 days of delivery if anything has been damaged during the transit. If more than 3 days have passed after the product/s has been delivered, the product/s are not eligible for refunds. For refound to be eligible, we require proof of damaged product/s by providing at least 2 clear images of the damaged product and the packaging, information about the product and delivery which states the exact date of delivery, along with the number of your order.

The original box and packaging needs to be saved in order to fulfill the return. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and fees associated with returning a non-damaged item.

In a time span of 3 days, you will receive an email from our support team and if your refund is accepted, the money will be returned to the buyer. CHANGING PRODUCTS
